I’ve led and launched companies and brands in New York, Dallas, and Austin—across markets and industries (from diamonds to cleaning products (really)). I’ve built from scratch, cleaned up messes, increased revenue, restructured debt, scaled fast, and still made it to press day. I don’t just advise - I roll up my sleeves and operate across branding, marketing, finance, ops, and culture—translating vision into strategy, and strategy into results.

    Led De Beers expansion —a joint venture with LVMH—transforming the brand from a global wholesaler to a consumer-facing luxury powerhouse. Opened flagship stores in the top US markets and implemented a go-to-market strategy that redefined category standards.

    Scaled a digital-first, premium lifestyle media company across Texas—growing revenue from $2M to $5M and leading a successful $15M exit

  • CEO, Chairman of the Board, American Achievement

    Led a $300M turnaround of a PE-owned scholastic company by consolidating six legacy businesses into one—overhauling branding, operations, and financial structure. Created and launched all-new company branding, equipping a 400-person sales team to sell under a unified brand with a new go-to-market strategy. Restructured $385M in debt and launched a new DTC revenue channel

    Transformed EyeJust from a niche D2C product into a high-growth lifestyle digital wellness brand, doubling revenue and scaling omni-channel strategy.

    Digitized and scaled a family-office-backed nonprofit from 5K to 350K+ users, launching global streaming, digital courses, and 300+ facilitators in 32 countries.

    Reinvented a groundbreaking go to market strategy resulting in the largest publication and digital launch in history.

  • VP, President & Emerging Markets RDA (Trusted Brands)

    Consolidated a $500M Home & Garden portfolio of 12 brands into one unified division and launched the global mega-brand Purpose Driven Life Media with Rick Warren. Repurposed content and expanded 30+ brand extensions across global markets, resulting in an $82M increase in revenue and $40M increase in profit.

    Revitalized a $250M CPG company by restructuring digital channels and launching an in-house digital media division—driving $40M in revenue within 18 months and delivering $20M in recurring annual savings

  • Publishing: Conde Nast, Heart and Gruner and Yahr

    Shattered revenue records at W, O, The Oprah Magazine, YM, and Allure—consistently delivering the highest revenue in each publication’s history

  • President and Chief Strategist, Supernatural

    Launched and scaled Supernatural, a luxurious eco-conscious home and essential oils brand, to $5M in revenue within 18 months

  • CEO and Chairman Board, The DEC Network

    Relaunched the nonprofit North Texas Entrepreneur Center’s innovation hubs under one brand, launched The DEC at RedBird to support underserved entrepreneurs, and founded Women of Innovation—raising over $5M in one year. Designed and led the largest North Texas Startup Week in history, drawing over 10,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and public and civic leaders from across the region.
